SKINDEEP SKIN CARE AND WAXING LOUNGE PAYMENT POLICY

Skin Deep Skin care and Waxing Lounge accepts all major credit cards and cash.

SKINDEEP SKIN CARE AND WAXING LOUNGE CELL PHONE POLICY

Please silence your phone during your treatment. Consider this truly private time during which you can temporarily check out for restoration. Calls taken during a treatment may shorten your treatment time or interfere with optimal treatment outcomes.

SKINDEEP SKIN CARE AND WAXING LOUNGE CHILD POLICY

We request that you make arrangements for childcare during your appointment. If your children must accompany you, your esthetician may stop your treatment if she determines a child’s behavior is detrimental to the treatment or work space.

SKINDEEP SKIN CARE AND WAXING LOUNGE MINOR TREATMENT POLICY

Minor teens and children with scheduled appointments must be accompanied by a parent or guardian during the entire appointment. Skindeep Skin care and Waxing Lounges minor intake form(s) must be signed by their parent or guardian, no exceptions.

SKINDEEP SKIN CARE AND WAXING LOUNGE GRATUITIES

If you wish, you may add a cash or credit gratuity during checkout, but we also appreciate your spreading the love for Skindeep Skin care and Waxing Lounge. A confident referral is always a magnificent thank you.

SKINDEEP SKIN CARE AND WAXING LOUNGE LATE ARRIVALS

Your appointment time is as important to us as it is to you. In an effort to ensure that each Skin Deep client received the same stellar service, we endeavor to stick to a strict schedule. We understand that life happens however treatments will require abbreviation or rescheduling if you arrive late.

SKINDEEP SKIN CARE AND WAXING LOUNGE APPOINTMENT REMINDERS

Ultimately it is the client’s responsibility to remember their appointment but Skin Deep Skincare and Waxing Lounge will provide a courtesy appointment reminder via email 48 hours prior to a scheduled appointment.

SKINDEEP SKIN CARE AND WAXING LOUNGE CANCELLATION AND REFUND POLICY

Thanks to you, Skindeep Skin Care and Waxing Lounge is a busy place! In an attempt to honor all requested appointments, we maintain a 24-hour cancellation policy. This time frame allows us to notify clients on our waiting list in a timely manner and keep operations running smoothly. If you need to cancel, adjust or reschedule your appointment, please call us at: 336-698-3570.

- Late cancellations will result in a fee that must be resolved in order to reschedule.

- Monies paid in advance for any reason may be credited towards future services or retail items at Skin Deep Skincare and Waxing Lounge. We will not process refunds post transaction.

- Prepaid services will not be refunded upon cancellation or rescheduling of appointment.

Please arrive on time. Depending on the length of your appointment a late arrival may result in reschedule your appointment rather than rushing or inconvenience the next client.

Skindeep Skin Care and Waxing Lounge requires a credit card to secure appointment reservations

Appointments cancelled with less than 24-hour notice will incur a 50% charge.

Appointments that are not kept or cancelled will be charged for the full appointment value.

Gift certificates are a really great idea, but they are also non-refundable and not redeemable for cash, no exceptions!

We are committed to ensuring your satisfaction! If you are in any way unhappy or dissatisfied with your products or service, please call us to discuss your concerns. We will not issue refunds for opened product.

SKINDEEP SKIN CARE AND WAXING LOUNGE LAST MINUTE PERSONAL ILLNESS EXCEPTION

Your health is invaluable. We understand that bugs occasionally creep up on us suddenly so we do make an allowance for last minute cancellations due to sickness. To ensure that everyone stays healthy, please keep in mind that if you need to cancel last minute due to personal illness, the earliest you will be permitted to reschedule is 5 days from the date of your cancelled appointment.

SHOULD A PERSONAL EMERGENCY OR FAMILY EMERGENCY ARISE FOR ERIKA RUCKER

Skindeep Skin Care and Waxing Lounge reserves the right to cancel appointments at any time, but this will only happen for critical purposes such as a family or medical emergency. Your rescheduled appointment will feature a one-time upgrade, to be determined by the value and type treatment that was unexpectedly cancelled. Please don’t hesitate to let us know if you have questions, concerns or conflicts.
